Court Booking Procedure

Dear TTC members,

There are two ways for you to book a court:

1)    Call the Toronto Tennis City Front Desk (647) 381 6464

2)   Log on to the online GameTime (www.torontotenniscity.com)

-         Booking available 7 days in advance

-         Courts are playable 6am – 11pm 7 days a week

-         6 to 11pm courts are booked seven days in advance starting at 7:30am on the weekdays/ 8:30am on the weekends

-         6am to 6pm courts are booked seven days in advance from 12:30pm

-         All courts are to be paid for by cash, check or credit card before play. No show court fees will be charged to the member’s credit card.

-     Members will be able to cancel courts up to 72 hours before the scheduled court time

-     Game Seeker will be under the same 72 hour cancellation policy, i.e. if we or you have not found a partner 72 hours before your court time we will automatically cancel your court, unless the member assumes responsibility for the court
