Club Rules / Policies

     

Our new policies which help us operate the club in a fair manner for the members and ownership of the club:

1. Membership policies
2. Court booking policies
3. Private clinics and lesson policies

 

These policies have been developed with the following thought process:

- All members are equal, as it relates to accessing the courts
- All members have the same booking opportunities
- The management has developed policies, within the overall club vision, that maximize the booking opportunities for members
- These policies have been developed to provide access to the courts to the greatest number of members
- These policies will be revisited on an on going basis to insure fairness to the overall membership

 

Membership Policies

 

1. TTC will have 400 total memberships including adults and juniors U18
2. New members must pay an initiation fee
3. All members must pay annual fees
4. Members have the right to reserve courts and play in programs by paying appropriate fees
5. Memberships are not transferable
6. Members can bring an unlimited number of guests
7. A guest of the club can only play three times per year
8. Guest fees are $25 per day plus court fees

 

Court Booking Policies

 

1.    Members can book courts on-line or by phone 7 days in advance
2.    Courts can be booked 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week
3.    6 to 11pm courts are booked seven days in advance starting at 7:30am
4.    6am to 6pm courts are booked seven days in advance from 12:30pm
5.    Once courts are booked they cannot be cancelled. Members wishing to sell their court can call the reception desk who will put a for sale sign in the booking system. No court fee will be charged if the court is resold.
6.    All courts are to be paid for by cash, check or credit card before play. No show court fees will be charged to the member’s credit card.
7.    The only pre-booking of courts will be done for club programs.

 

Private Clinics and Lessons Policies

 

1.    Courts for private lessons can only be booked by members, who then phone the reception desk to request the pro. If the pro is unavailable, an alternate pro will be offered or the court can be cancelled if the member wishes
2.    Private lessons are not available between:
a.    7and 9pm Monday through Friday
b.    10am and Noon Saturday and Sunday
c.    This rule is rescinded if a court in these time periods is available 72 hours before play
3.    Private clinics with four players can be booked during the above times. Members book the court and the reception staff will contact the pro.
