TTC Announces Major Tournaments And Two National Prep Camps U12-14
Allan Tse, General Manager of Toronto Tennis City located in the Davisville area of Toronto, announced two new initiatives which will provide competitive and training opportunities on the brand new Red Clay courts. The surface imported from Italy lives up to the reputation of playing much slower than traditional American Har-Tru.
The two preparation training camps are offered to provide training opportunities for youngsters playing the Canadian Nationals in Mont Tremblant, QC. Pierre Lamarche, Owner of Toronto Tennis City: “We feel it is our responsibility to share our courts with youngsters preparing for the Nationals. Many players have the opportunity to train on the clay, but others do not.” The camps will provide training and competitive situations with no technical feedback. Lamarche added, “We hope that other coaches come with their players and provide a real feeling of cooperation”.
