Group Lessons (By Level)
These structured lessons are to improve the specific levels of players who are interested in learning in a progressive 4-week session.
2.0 – 2.5 (Beginner)
Our beginner clinics are designed to help build your technical foundation. This will allow you to advance your game as quickly as possible. We will focus on co-operative hitting and basket feeding drills centered around the basic fundamentals all tennis players need to progress and enjoy the game for many years.
3.0 – 3.5 (Intermediate)
Improve the consistency of your groundstrokes when forced to move, your ability to attack and to win at the net, and the quality of your first and second serve.
Day: Tuesday & Wednesday
These programs build on each other to help you learn and implement winning tactics.
A list of topics will be advertised, so members can register for a specific week according to their interest.
A range of levels can register for any SOTW or TPS as the coach will use feeding drills with specific teaching points with challenging measurable goals for each individual player.
Shot of the Week (SOTW) 2.5 – 4.0
Focusing on one shot with specific and frequent feedback and lots of volume to improve the execution of the shot.
Mondays 8:30pm – 9:30pm
Tuesdays 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Wednesdays 9:00am – 10:00am
Thursdays 2:00pm – 3:00pm

Cardio Tennis (All Levels)
Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.
Ladies Team Practice
A Team 3.5-5.0 / C Team 2.5-3.5
A great way to learn and compete in a social atmosphere! All club members are welcome to join the team practices, even if you are not on the team. Team members are expected to attend the majority of practices while non-team members can register for the weeks in which you are interested.
Time: 9:00-11:00am (A Team) & 11:00am-1:00pm (C Team)
