The competitive stream begins with the Mini Tennis/Little Aces Team, a program that prepares young players for competitive play. The next level is the Futures Team program where players usually get their first experience with tournaments in the U8 category. Subsequent categories represent the path for dedicated players.

Registration in a competitive program is a full commitment for the 10 month program, regardless if paid in full or on instalment plan. Fees outlined are based on a 10 month commitment. Players who do not complete the academy year or who only participate for a short term will be charged on a short rate basis. All requests are to be in writing (email) and to be arranged through our administrative manager only. Missed sessions due to sickness, injuries, vacations, weather or other reasons are not reimbursed. All efforts are made to provide an opportunity for make-up classes within the program, if space is available.
The following are the payment options:
Pay in Full, receive a 5% discount OR ↓ Installment Plan – 6 payments ↓
- 30% of fees – Due on registration
- 15% of fees – October 12, 2024
- 15% of fees – November 12, 2024
- 15% of fees – December 12, 2024
- 15% of fees – January 12, 2025
- 10% of fees – February 12, 2025

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations must be requested two weeks prior to the first day of the program for a refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.
- Requests within the two-week period prior to the start of the program, or requests during the program, will not be refunded.
- Missed sessions due to sickness, injuries, vacations or other reasons are not reimbursed. Pro-rated fees are not offered for days absent, or other full services not utilized. Full fees are due and payable if a child is registered and attends any part of the program.
*If your child is new to any of the programs, you must receive approval from the coach before registering.
MINI TENNIS TEAM/LITTLE ACES TEAM
Birth Year: 2018 / 2019

The Little Aces / Mini Tennis Teams are for players who have already been exposed to the fundamentals of tennis and are able to rally with a coach over the net.
Mini Tennis Team: Monday, Wednesday or Friday: 5pm – 6:30pm.
Little Aces Team: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 5pm – 6:30pm.
Mini Tennis (2 days): $3,370.00
Little Aces (3 days): $4,475.00
TTC Membership is included in cost.

The Futures Team is for players who are transitioning from Little Aces / Mini Tennis Team and will begin competing in tournaments. Players are required to participate in the program a minimum of 3 times per week.
When: Monday– Friday: 5 – 7pm | Saturday: 7 – 9am | Sunday: 3:30pm – 5:30pm.
3 days: $7,946.00
4 days: $9,270.00
TTC Membership is included in the cost.

The Champions Team is for players who are interested in acquiring the skills and tactics for full court (green ball) high performance / tournament tennis. Players are required to participate in the program a minimum of 3 times per week.
When: Monday – Friday: 5pm – 7pm | Saturday: 7am – 9am | Sunday: 5pm – 7pm.
3 days: $7,946.00
4 days: $9,270.00
TTC membership is included in the cost.
Birth Year: 2012 / 2013

For committed U12 players who are transitioning from the Champions team [green dot] and who are competing in OTA U12 tournaments. Players are required to participate in the program a minimum of 3 times per week. Players can add additional days in the National Team (contact Tennis Director).
When: Tuesday, Thursday 5 – 7pm and Sunday 7 – 9:30am
3 days: $7,946.00
TTC membership is included in the cost.

For committed U12 – U18 players who compete at a Provincial or National level. Players are required to participate in the program 3-5 times per week.
When: Monday – Friday: 3:30 – 6:30pm | Sunday 7 – 9:30am

The International Team is designed for players wishing to train in the morning only, or in addition to the Provincial/National Team program. Players who are registered in both the International Team and Provincial/National Team will receive an individual annual plan and coaching at selected tournaments. Players training in both the morning and afternoon provide themselves the opportunity to meet the Tennis Canada Long-Term Athlete Development Plan Guidelines to help them develop into National and International level players.
When: Monday – Friday: 6 – 8am

U9 – U10 COMPETITIVE TRAINING AND MATCH PLAY (38 weeks)
OTA orange and green court players who are not registered in the full-time academy are invited to join this program.
When: Saturday: 7 – 9am.

U12 – U18 COMPETITIVE TRAINING AND MATCH PLAY (38 weeks)
This program is available to players of national and provincial standards. OTA players who are not registered in the full-time academy are invited to join this program.
